How we work

Five clear steps, from your first call to a report after each visit. Safe, humane and agreed in writing before we start.

  1. Call us

Call 0432 520 929 or send an enquiry. Tell us where the property is, roughly how big it is, which animals you are seeing and what damage they are doing. We will talk you through options and pricing.

  2. Site risk assessment

Before any work, we assess the site: boundaries, houses, roads, stock, neighbours, people who may be on the property and native wildlife areas. This decides where and when it is safe to work.

  3. Written agreement

We put the plan in writing: what we will do, where, when and how. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.

  4. Control program, day or night

We carry out the program safely and humanely, day or night, using thermal imaging after dark. All equipment is supplied and no unauthorised people are allowed on site while we work.

  5. Report after each visit

After every visit you get a report on what was done, with advice on next steps and any follow-up visits.

What we will ask on the first call

  • Where the property is (nearest town or region) and roughly how big it is.
  • Which animals you are seeing, how many, and the damage they are doing.
  • Where stock, houses, sheds and water points are.
  • Whether neighbours are having the same problem.
  • Any timing that matters, such as sowing, harvest or lambing.

Safety comes first

Every job is planned around a site risk assessment. We hold a Category D firearms licence, follow NSW firearms laws and the Code of Practice for the Humane Shooting of Pest Animals in NSW, and carry $10M public liability insurance. Read about licensing, safety and compliance.
